Inevitable change arrives to us. No matter its form change shows up with both loss and uncertainty. When we welcome in a new joy, the former version of ourselves must transition, who will we become in this next chapter? When our relationship with someone or something beloved comes to its completion, the grief can be heavy and oppressive and it can be lurking and quiet.
With an end comes a beggining and with a beginnging comes and end. Most of the time it is not a seamless transition.
And we don't usually talk about The Middle.
Bardo means gap; it is not only the interval of suspension after we die but also suspension in the living situation; death happens in the living situation as well.
